Avevo un'emergenza, dovevo trasportare il mio cane Rolf di taglia media / grande dopo un intervento chirurgico dal Veterinario a casa, nel Centro storico di Lucca. Ho provato a chiedere un permesso alla Metro, niente, ho provato a prenotare un Taxi, niente, non accettano cani di taglia grande, allora ho provato con Black Taxi e ho avuto fortuna. La persona al telefono è stata di una gentilezza e cortesia incredibile, e a soli €15,- mi ha assicurato il servizio. Ho dovuto posticipare di 20 min l'appuntamento e non c'è stato alcun problema, l'autista è arrivato puntuale e il mio Rolf, come un piccolo principe, è stato portato a casa nel Black Van Mercedes!Posso solo consigliare quest'azienda, persone gentili e professionali che raccomanderò anche ai miei clienti stranieri - COMPLIMENTI e GRAZIE ancora!

Quando torno dalle trasferte di lavoro in tarda serata e non ci sono più mezzi pubblici disponibili, chiamo Blacktaxi per farmi venire a prendere alla stazione o all'aeroporto e ritornare a casa. Anche con poco preavviso, quando arrivo è già lì fuori che mi aspetta. Pagamento con POS e carte che per me è essenziale dato che non ho quasi mai contanti con me, ma che non è così scontato trovare su altri mezzi in circolazione.
